Hey Mark why don't you do one of your famous "5 things you're going to Love and Hate" about losing weight!
Most fat people would be surprised of how easy it's to lose weight. Also, 8lbs/month is more than enough. You don't gain weight over night, so you're not suppose to lose it over night, as well.
AVOID GMO S FOOD, HIGH FRUCTOSE, CORN SYRUP ETC.
