Slideshows with music and captions are annoying. I don't like the format of this "scientific discovery" video. However, because it is within my interest, I still gave it a "like". I know that making video clips of live creatures can sometimes be impossible, so it is completely unfair to judge a video based on lack of video clips, but If they would have just either 'cut out the music OR lowered the music volume' AND (most importantly) vocalized the captions, it would have made this a much better video. This video can't "go viral" because of the way they did this video, which prevents people from getting excited.
I also understand that the format of this video, is quicker to make, and sometimes you just want to get your content published and don't want to invest the time it takes to make video better. Publishing a video that includes all the data and content you want to share, is better than holding off until you feel up to dedicating the time to make a fantastic video that contains the same data, which may never occur.
I watch a TON of youtube videos and see how they are rated based on the format, but this is still only my opinion based on my personal preferences and limited to only the videos I watch.
There is an extremely similar species here in South Florida ! They sound like BIRDS chirping at night, much like the Coqui Frog of Puerto Rico! I've known about these for years and they are in my yard right as we speak. They fit on your fingernail when they are fully grown, and the babies are INSANELY small! I'm talking the diameter of a cigarette end or even less.
we have had thumbnail frogs in the hobby for a long time i have 8 species here at my house. so are you saying that this specific species was newly discovered?
how are these a new species of frog when I remember specifically when I was a kid in Florida seeing the small frogs and being amazed that they were so small
Que bello animal, no destruyamos la naturaleza
Western ghat is place of rich bio diversity in India??… Every year many new species found here…
I hope they breed them enough so they army endangered let alone so people can one day domesticate them because they are very cool
Nice
lies, those are average frogs, those are just some really really big people
please someone make a beat out of that frog's sound and the phrase "now listen to the call"
70 years later the frogs will die out to pollution and Expansion just like any other small thing

Watch my. First video and tell me how i can improve please friends ??
