  1. Glad Stephen brought Flower up–the nineties saw Charlie's Angels, Miss Congeniality, Tomb Raider–lots of films with variety in female/feminine heroes. Drew was an early bird to the game. At the same time, "tone" is not the problem. The problem is that our time is weirdly and irrationally superficial, judging people by the body they were born into again. "Work" ethic is not a solution to that–changing people's mind-sets is, with or without anger.

  2. I think the problem with sexism is that many women DO work hard and ARE deserving, and still because of sexism aren't given the same opportunities, or paid as much. Some women have to work even harder than their male counter parts. I think thats something to be justifiably angry about.
    I am glad she is such a hard working person and a good example, but I wish she wouldn't use her success as a way to make it seem as if other women havent worked as hard as her.
