  1. Honestly, I live alone, work 2 jobs + a side hustle and am surrounded by couples/families and not very many people realize how hard it is to be on your own when you're having to do this "invisible work" by yourself. Couples who have no kids can easily rely on each other. If one person isn't feeling it, the other can pick up the slack and vice versa. But if you're on your own and you're not doing it, it's not going to get done LOL. Couples with kids have it harder of course, unless they've trained their kids super well. But I think the misconception about single people is that we have all the time in the world to do anything we want. That's not the case at all. The freedom is amazing though, and well worth the responsibilities.

  2. Thank you for this lovely video! This is a new account for me, but I've been following your content for several years now and I have to say that I'm loving your evolution both as a person and as a creator. I have definitely been going on a few of the same journeys as you and I have loved watching your content alongside what I've been going through. I would love to see a companion video on managing professional tasks too!

  3. Your honesty about money is helping people, like really helping. The numbers you are I’m giving people and honesty about expenses is so refreshing. Your self-awareness and humility is so refreshing

  4. 10/10 would watch more of these types of videos!! Watched this while I was updating my budget for next year. Also, as a young adult, moving into my first couple apartments, I'm still learning not to feel guilty for spending on maintenance things, e.g. a new phone when my 5 year old phone is regularly crashing. I think this is because, before, spending money was always on things I wanted but didn't need, which led to this feeling of guilt when spending money. Whereas now, I'm learning that spending money shouldn't all feel the same way and I shouldn't think about it the same way.

  5. Just a very quick note to say keep Tato away from the lilies! I'm sure you know that but anything in the allium family is toxic to cats and dogs equally and I always butt in and make sure pet owners know <3
